Tioman Island

Tuesday 15.8. - Thursday 17.8.

- First night in Genting for 22 euros (small room with air conditioning)

- Then hiking for about 13 km to Air Batang.

- 2 nights in a tent for 1 euro per night/person.

- Strong thunderstorm at night (I'm sitting under the roof of the holiday home and waiting.

- Stomach problems start.

- Boat ride around the island with waterfall and snorkeling.

- Jens from Germany arrives on the island. He has been cycling for 18 months and is slowly approaching his final destination Singapore. We exchange stories and have a nice evening.
