Naval Point, Lyttelton, Christchurch

After waking up, we want to go back to New Brighton beach to go surfing. Some time later, we make our way to Akaroa, which is two hours away. This is a cozy fishing village surrounded by a beautiful landscape. Here, we relax in a café and enjoy a Chai Latte. We also treat ourselves to an ice cream. For the night, we look for a place away from the designated campsites where we can spend the night in the middle of nature. We find a spot high up on a ridge. To watch the sunset, we climb a little higher to 670m and enjoy the view of the entire peninsula and Akaroa.
