Here we go again... 2023

After 1 1/4 years of waiting, the time has finally come again:
Cornwall - here we come

Our first flight was from Luxembourg to London. We started 1 hour late. It wasn't quite clear to us what exactly the problem was...

When we arrived in London Stansted, it was clear that something was wrong... The day before there were massive problems with British air traffic control with hundreds of canceled flights. There were also problems with the technology/baggage check-in at the airport...

Luckily our connecting flight to Newquay was also delayed, so we were able to taste our first cider on British soil.

We arrived in Cornwall more than 2 hours late. A taxi quickly took us to the accommodation and then on to "our" Merrymoor Inn in Mawgan Porth, where we enjoyed fish and chips and rattler, tired but very happy about our arrival.
