Today I called all the work hostels in Western Australia. Nobody has work at the moment. However, a job agency from Margaret River responded. I could trim branches from mid-June. Payment based on speed. Without transportation and accommodation. That means I would have to buy a car and find accommodation myself and wouldn't even know how much I would earn. On top of that, I would have to buy the equipment for 130 dollars. I'm out!
I changed my strategy. Everyone is looking for paid jobs. How about if I find something where I at least get accommodation and meals? So I inquired about the so-called WWOOFING (worldwide working on organic farms). I even found something in Perth that appealed to me. Helping out in the garden and household as well as looking after the children. I actually wanted to call as soon as possible, but it was already evening.

So I called in the morning. I talked her ear off because I was so interested and she noticed that. Not in a negative way, she immediately agreed that I can start on the 27th of the month. I was sooo happy!!! I had been stuck in Perth for almost two months with no success. And now it works so easily. As easy as I originally thought it would be to find a regular job. Well.
The girls arrived in Perth at noon today. I brought them some of my apple pie before they set off for the north of Western Australia.
