A nice host in Trebinje

Almost 3 months ago we spent 3 nights at the hostel with the red door with Nikola in Trebinje.
Nikola has lived in Germany as a chef for a long time and treats us like dear guests. He drives us around the city, shows us churches and mosques and the large construction site of a future wellness park and hotel. In the afternoons, he even invites us for a glass of wine in a very elegant wine house, whose bar and terrace are located high up, with a beautiful view.

For breakfast, we get to try the creations he invents for his stand at an upcoming ice skating event in the city he invents.
He shows us the apparatus he uses to make his own brandy and his brother's smokehouse (a very impressive experience for 2 vegetarians :>).
