The night felt too short. It was around 11 when I had everything packed. Then it started to rain. I waited until 1 pm and then set off in light rain. Kasha and Thomas were still having breakfast. The impressions were little changed from the previous days. The weather was gray all day, but also dry. The highlight today was the town of Steinkjer. Located on an extension of the Trondheim Fjord, which will accompany me for the next 100km, it was time to replenish calories again. Afterwards, I continued until 8 pm in the evening, when I met an elderly couple on the street in a settlement and asked if I could stay overnight in the meadow in front of their house. They agreed and also informed the neighbors. I set up my camp 15 minutes later and other neighbors asked if it was okay to take a photo. Of course, but I was simply too tired for more social contact. I went into my tent and fell asleep immediately around 10 pm.
