Our luggage is now complete

No worries, nothing was lost - but as part of the travel plan, Nadine wanted to buy a suitcase here on site, which we shopped for today at Macy's in the Governors Square Mall in Tallahassee. The most important thing is that it is beautiful - we both think so. Soft lilac patterned, the Newcastle model from London Fog, for those who know what that means.

I wrote it yesterday already, but it remains the same, the $77 for the Seven Hills Suite room were incredibly well invested. Definitely the best value for money on this trip so far. After breakfast, we briefly relaxed on the terrace in the great rocking chairs before we went shopping. Of course, we found something again. Only after 4pm we wanted to go to a large flea market, but here in Florida, it's more for early risers and it wasn't worth getting out anymore.

So up onto the interstate and directly to the Gulf of Mexico to Panama City Beach to the Beachside Resort. We booked a room with a pool and sea view, and that's what we got, only it was already dark, so we can only hear the sea for today.

Then we went to a nearby pizzeria and got ourselves some dinner. Later we repacked our luggage and now everything is well sorted and we don't have to deal with many doors anymore. A great relief, especially for Nadine, who is such an incredibly kind and great companion.

Now we're going to take small steps along the coast to New Orleans for the next 3 days. We're enjoying the fantastic weather!
