Feelings - the lost blog

Rakabudiswa: 09.11.2019

Jipiii, I found it again. Here is the lost blog for you from my 4th day in India and its feelings or how we often let ourselves be driven by our emotions.

After coming back from my last treatment yesterday and being filled with gratitude, I had the feeling that I just had to dress up, lightness and joy were present in me and you won't believe it, my friend felt the same way. We are in resonance, we are all in resonance.

This morning I woke up with completely different feelings, restlessness, impatience and a certain hint of anger. 😉 At first I was completely surprised by this, yesterday I was over the moon and today these feelings, it's just not right. 😋 Do you know that feeling from yourself?

After my morning treatment, I walked back home with an inner smile. A smile that I gave to my impatience, my anger and my being torn back and forth. It was a feeling of lightness and joy. I was without judgment💓 That was a magnificent feeling. Just being, not holding on to feelings and more. To see how simple everything is. How often do we cling to our feelings and then we are controlled by our inner stories, feelings are just our old stories that we tell ourselves over and over again. If we are able to not listen to them, we no longer give our past power over us. 💥 India has exactly this energy, being in flow, only such things happen to us here. After our time here, we want to go further to Kerala, nice people told us during dinner that Mother Amma lives there and has an ashram and is said to possess the highest energy of all spiritual teachers in India, so we already know how our journey continues after the Ayurveda treatment 🥰. Then on the way there is a women's ashram that was also recommended to us. How amazing is that, everything is in flow and guided. Simply surrender to life and the right things will come to you. Then tonight we take an Uber taxi to Bangalore for shopping, nice advice, people who booked an Uber taxi for us to go home and much more. By the way, taxis are not easy to find in Bangalore, we were really lucky 🎁🎁 and always met people who treated us with kindness and helped us. Now I'm closing for today and I wish you all freedom and lightness with your feelings. Onwards to the new future. Warmest regards, Heike
