Day 1 in Scotland

Hey there,

after a timely start and a smooth flight, we have arrived safely in Scotland. Eurowings has once again shown its best side and made me laugh again... the bags on the plane (for the upchuck) are just my kind of humor 😂(see photos). In Edinburgh, we were greeted by good Scottish weather: 16° degrees and cloudy.

After picking up our rental car, we leisurely drove to our hotel... to Lochearnhead. We are staying in a family-run hotel right by Loch Earn. Amanda, the owner of the hotel, welcomed us very warmly and everything is, as Amanda must have mentioned 100 times, lovely!

Tonight we will make plans for tomorrow, so stay tuned.
