Through the rain to Nha Trang

We have had some challenging days of cycling. The scenery has been really amazing and varied, only unfortunately with a lot of rain. I have never seen so much water on the roads before (because there are no drains 😅)

Fortunately, it wasn't so cold and the 'restaurants' along the way have plastic chairs.... We were very happy when we arrived here and treated ourselves to a nice room with a sea view, where we are hanging out today... and of course, we also had coffee, ice cream, took a walk on the beach, and looked at Buddha.... Tomorrow we will probably continue to Da Lat. Let's see if we can motivate ourselves... today the sky was definitely blue and the weather is supposed to improve.

Here in a touristy place like this, you can find every kind of coffee. In general, in Vietnam, you can get coffee on every corner, there are thousands of cafes. Only, Vietnamese coffee is drunk black or with sweet condensed milk - and preferably on ice. So, I order coffee with milk in Vietnamese and he repeats it obediently. I say hot in Vietnamese and also show it on my phone. He nods, goes away, turns on the air conditioning (it was 18 degrees and raining) and brings iced coffee...
