Ab in den Süden! Teil 1/3

Our trip to the south of Taiwan was so amazing that I will write a separate post for each day. Day 1:

On Friday morning, we started our long journey to Kenting, located in the south of Taiwan, with full motivation. After taking a bus, train, metro, another bus, and a fun ride on the back of a delivery van, we arrived at our accommodation after about 5 hours. It was a bit like a dormitory as all five double beds were lined up in a row, which we found quite funny. We quickly dropped off our belongings and went in search of the beach, which we found easily. The timing was perfect: we enjoyed our beer leisurely while watching a perfect sunset. Afterwards, we had dinner at the night market in Kenting and discovered another beach that was more suitable for swimming. Under the starry sky, we enjoyed the warm water and the waves... the perfect end to a perfect first day.
