Ha Long Bay

I left Hanoi by bus and headed towards Ha Long Bay, where a junk ⛴️ was waiting for me after a few ferry rides. It wasn't exactly a luxury steamboat, but at least the little boat floated 🙈and I didn't see any rats 😅. I shared my room with Martha - a 39-year-old Polish accountant - who had arrived a bit earlier than her husband. She wanted to relax from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi on the ship. However, what the tourist office apparently didn't tell her was that it was the official party boat tour with free beer and long drinks in the evening 😂🤣😂! I love it when people's faces change completely 😂! She didn't believe me until we were on the party deck 😅.

Upon arrival, there was an extremely beautiful landscape to admire while cruising, and occasionally there were activities to do, such as kayaking or swimming.

The party in the evening was super fun and mainly influenced by four Australian friends who take a long-distance trip together every year and basically recreated "Hangover". They managed to get all 25 guests as well as the crew to participate in their Australian drinking games🍺🍺. In the end, Martha sang Polish songs and initiated a push-up competition 😂. Thx Wolfspack!
