Today I am writing in the restaurant where I was about ten days ago. At first, I tried to work on my texts in a computer center. But the problem was that there were only fixed PCs there, without the Wi-Fi option. And since I had already written the texts and had all the photos on my tablet...

So here I am now, slowly but surely realizing that I need to work diligently to achieve my goal. I am writing this entry directly on site, with my tablet and Bluetooth keyboard. I don't think much will happen tonight, except that I will go to bed at six and soak in the rainforest evening. Tomorrow there will be work, I hope. I just have no idea what kind. Maybe tzama doesn't know either. On Friday, the Tawasap people will plant 1000 plants in a minga, so that I can document it photographically. On Saturday, tzama said he will take me to a gathering of tribal chiefs, if I understood correctly. But I know that such announcements should be taken with caution. Something is happening on Sunday too, but I have forgotten what. And for sure, sometime next week, there will be more work on the stage. Now the boards need to be put on, the walls need to be fixed, and somehow the roof needs to be secured. A lot of work, even if it doesn't have to be finished until August. But when I consider what tzama still has planned for the place... !!!

This morning was a sluggish awakening. Bad night and I had the feeling that something was not right. It turned out more and more that it was probably diarrhea. It's already a small miracle that nothing has happened so far. Anyway, I didn't hesitate to take two Imodium tablets and after the second time rushing to the toilet, I took another one. Hopefully it helps, that was my thought and so far it looks good. Here at Sol del Oriente, I simply ate half a plate of rice, drank a cola, and now I am sipping a tea that the boss recommended for stomach problems.

The trip here to Palora was funny, I forgot to mention that. So I walked from Tawasap to 16 de Agosto - 35 minutes for 3.5 km - and wanted to stand by the road there. The residents of the house there immediately invited me to their bench and I talked for almost an hour and a half with one of the gentlemen, who had a blind cane, about God and the world, especially about the world. Although I didn't understand everything, it didn't matter, we had a good conversation.

Why one and a half hours. Well, as I found out, a bus doesn't run every half hour. Only at eight, nine, eleven and half past one. Later at two o'clock and another one and two or three in between and the last one at seven. So apparently I missed the eleven o'clock bus and when I finally made it clear that I really wanted to go to Palora now, the people told me it was very simple. I could hail a taxi that was going back, which wouldn't cost more than the bus. Or I could just get someone's attention in a car. The woman then waved to a motorcyclist and I could ride the few kilometers to Palora with him. No problem, he didn't want any money.

So now I am sitting here, digesting my rice very well and sipping the last of my tea. And I say goodbye to you for the next few days. The reception is simply too weak in the jungle. Sorry. I hope for improvement in two weeks at the foundation, but I'm not sure either.
