The Giants • Tenerife

Here is a small excerpt from my Tenerife vacation this year. I am still there for 3 more days and tomorrow is the highlight of the vacation. But I won't reveal more, it's a surprise :)

After we arrived, we wanted to go to a beautiful beach the next day, as the beach at our hotel was crowded and right on the hotel promenade. So we looked on the internet and chose the small town of Los Gigantes in the west of Tenerife.

We took the bus for about 1 hour from Playa des las Americas and were dropped off in the middle of the town. Finding the beach was another story, we simply looked for people in swimwear and hoped to find it.

When we finally arrived at the beach, we were amazed and relieved. Finally arrived! And the view! Beautiful. So let's go into the water and cool off!

After the fun we had (by the way, not only I got hit by the wave, but also our towels and clothes :D), we walked back up to the bus station and went back.

A day trip to Los Gigantes was definitely worth it and is something you should definitely see in Tenerife!
