Children Museum & Shopping :D

Nothing really exciting happened during the week. I had pretty much the same routine every day and the week went by really fast again :D

On Friday, I went to the Children Museum with the youngest and we had a lot of fun. After that, we had lunch in the park. It was really nice and relaxing.

On Saturday, I was supposed to go to the fire station in the morning as they had an open house event, and in the afternoon, I was planning to go to a pumpkin farm and a haunted house in Chicago with another au pair. However, she had to work last-minute. Instead, I got a call from two friends on Saturday morning, asking if I wanted to do something with them. We went shopping, and I found some nice warm clothes for fall and winter. After that, we went to the beach for a short while, and in the evening, one of them came to my place and we watched a movie.

On Sunday, I was planning to go to 'Six Flags' amusement park with three other au pairs, but due to some confusion in the planning and because I was sick, I had to cancel. Instead, I stayed home and cleaned up and studied for my driver's license exam.

Also, I will be coming to New York in December after all. It will be a family trip with grandma and grandpa. I'm really looking forward to it *-*
