Let's go - off to the 6 month break!

Finally, finally it's starting! Or already? Wasn't that just yesterday when I still had 3 weeks left... Have I really thought of everything? Everything packed? Yes yes! The third check also tells me that I have prepared everything.

For a few days now I've had a feeling like when you get comfortable in the seat on the roller coaster and the bar is closed. And now is the moment when the train starts moving...

I have used the last few days very intensively to say goodbye. I toasted my upcoming trip again (sometimes in more, sometimes less detail) with friends, colleagues and family and packed lots of lovely wishes and attentions into my emotional luggage. In addition, two travel companions decided at short notice to explore the world with me. May I introduce: Berti from the Mainzelmännchen. Wikipedia tells me the following about his character: the joker, the purveyor of ideas, comes up with the funniest jokes - is the fantastically invincible one. Well, if that isn't the ideal travel partner for me! You will definitely spot him in one or two future photos.

The second is a little guardian angel from my dear parents, how could it be otherwise? who, thanks to our own blessing ceremony in Franconia, couldn't possibly be more fully charged with positive energy. He will keep a watchful eye on me and Berti and will also decorate my neck. As you can see, I couldn't be better equipped!
