Meet and Greet 23.08.2018

Now I've been in Australia for over 2 weeks and I feel really comfortable here. My family is still really nice and when I hear some stories from other au pairs and their families, I'm even happier to be here with this family.

On Thursday, I met up with a girl who is also an au pair in Brighton, just like me. First, we went to the beach and then had a coffee together. We had a really nice conversation and then we met up with some people who have been in Australia for a longer time. It was really exciting and helpful to hear about the experiences they've had.

In the end, they helped me buy a train ticket because I hadn't managed to do that in the two weeks I've been here. And then I took the train home for the first time.
