Day 6 - just enjoy

So today was my (for now) last day in Oman and I enjoyed it to the fullest☺️

I woke up at 6:00 a.m. and if you're already awake at this time, you might as well go to the beach and watch the sunrise. So I did and I added some wonderful photos to my existing collection🌅📷

After breakfast, I went straight back to the beach - today I'm just enjoying the sun, the beach, and the sea!☀️🌊😊 On the way, I ran into Vicky from Stuttgart (she and her husband were also on the desert tour) and I grabbed the sun umbrella behind them. Later, Ines and Benni (also known from the desert tour) joined us, so today I'm not completely alone. The day passes by quickly with reading, swimming or rather conquering waves, sleeping, eating, and drinking😉☺️ The waves are particularly big today and the current is quite strong, but it's incredibly fun to dive into the breaking waves😍 The water is very pleasant at 27 degrees and even provides some relief from the 34-degree air temperatures. At the end of the day, we make plans to meet at the pool bar after dinner, and I go to my room where I start packing a little, because tomorrow morning I want to enjoy calmly before I am picked up at 9:00 a.m. to go to the airport. Vicky and Stefan also come to the restaurant for dinner, and the three of us enjoy our dinner overlooking the lagoon. After a drink at the pool bar, our paths separate again, and here I am in my huge room. I know that today I actually wanted to write more information about my trip, but doing nothing all day is soooo exhausting🙈😅 But hopefully, I'll have the opportunity on my flight tomorrow, unless something (like a gang party) gets in the way😜

However, what is certain is that I am incredibly enthusiastic about this country and its incredibly friendly inhabitants!😍 I also felt absolutely safe and can therefore imagine visiting this country again and traveling a bit more individually!

With that, I conclude my report for today... Tomorrow evening I'll be home again and hopefully I can tell you even more!
