Day 7 - ... and it gets even hotter!

Day 7

Today is by far the hottest day! The wind has completely "gone away" and there isn't even a breeze on the beach. It really is unbearably hot. After breakfast we drag ourselves to the beach despite the heat because our daughter and husband want to rent kayaks at the water sports station. After all, someone has to take advantage of the all-inclusive offer (Sohnemann and I aren't really into water sports). Sohnemann and I watch for a while, then we walk along the beach back to the main pool. On the beach there are a few fire-red corals, fan corals and today a relatively large amount of algae. No, nothing gets me into the water here.

We try a "sit-in" in the pool, but even just sitting in the (warm) water in the bright sun is unbearable.

Even the heat-resistant husband, after cooling off in the pool after coming from kayaking, wanders from the lounger to the shower every 10 minutes.

Nothing works after lunch. Felt +42 degrees according to my weather app, NO wind. Too hot! Way too hot!

I spend the afternoon in the room with my son and daughter. We play a few card games and enjoy the view of the pool from the cool room. The husband is determined to spend the day at the pool - but good thing: he apparently never sweats!

Towards the late afternoon we dare to go out again, but there is still NO wind and it is incredibly humid, the broth is running from doing nothing.

After dinner we go to watch the evening show: Michael Jackson Show.
