I also dedicate days 3 and 4 of my Argentina trip to the colorful metropolis of Buenos Aires. On long walks, I discover impressive buildings, the harbor, and the famous La Recoleta cemetery with Eva's grave, inviting corners with countless street cafes (the prices are comparable to those in Berlin), but also bleak rows of houses with undeniable poverty. Last but not least, I traverse the green heart of the capital with the botanical and Japanese gardens and other well-maintained parks and small forests - much to the delight of the numerous dogs of Buenos Aires. I am still fascinated by the lively traffic with various means of transportation in often questionable condition, the colorful buses, and the fast-casual driving style of all road users.
