Windy Mediterranean coast

The day starts with a lot of wind, but the viewpoint is not far from the parking lot, where I get a great view of the sky. Otherwise, I spend the morning in my van, where it's definitely cozier and I'm still a bit tired from yesterday's hike.

Because of the windy and unpredictable weather, I decide to enjoy the view from up here and not go down to the beach. This way, I can enjoy the beautiful views with afternoon sun on the drive. I get out again to enjoy the view and also discover an abandoned pool. So this seems to be a real luxury holiday area. Swimming here in the summer must be great.

In the early evening, it's already dark when I arrive in the mountain village of Sella. Here I spend the evening in a restaurant to be warm. I have to wait a bit for dinner, it starts very late here in Spain. But I can pass the time with chamomile tea, Wi-Fi, and studying the menu. :)

I am still the only one eating dinner at 7:30. I am excited to eat in a small Valencian family restaurant and experience a truly authentic meal. For appetizers, there is baguette with homemade aioli, for the main course, I treat myself to some salmon, and the warm chocolate with cake perfects the evening. The spontaneous all-encompassing 3-course menu with tea and wine only costs me: 23 euros...
