Just before departure

As you can see, there are currently only 1.5 days left until it finally starts. My room looks a bit chaotic with clothes, books and travel documents everywhere. Unfortunately, packing my backpack, in combination with temporarily moving out of my apartment, is one of the more stressful parts of a trip.

Today is the last time I go to university. Tomorrow I will use the whole day to do laundry, pack and clean my room. But not without meeting my friends from Cologne and Bonn one last time to celebrate the upcoming trip.

Since New Zealand will be my first major travel destination, I have never written a travel blog before. I hope I can share with you some of the great impressions and experiences.
