Lazing in paradise

We have never slept this long during our entire vacation. Until 10:00 am. That speaks for an ultra comfortable bed, doesn't it?

Yesterday we already researched that apart from wine, good food, and the beach, there is nothing else to see here.

The sun is scorching from the bright blue sky 

and invites us for breakfast on our terrace. 

Said and done.

Our accommodation is so beautiful, we don't want to leave. 

And during the midday heat, you shouldn't go outside anyway. So we have coffee and another coffee and another one. 

I write a blog, Carsten looks for pictures, I sunbathe, Carsten plays Candy Crush or something like that.

In the afternoon, we decide to leave this paradise and go to the next town. Maybe we'll find some souvenirs there.

Matakana, a small town with a few shops, a cinema, and a few restaurants. We didn't find any souvenirs, but we did find a delicious pulled pork burger in apparently the trendiest bistro. 

In any case, it was crowded, and that speaks for itself.

We enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. 

And thanks to the cloudless sky, we can also enjoy the starry sky
