The first flight, from Singapore to Munich, was relatively calm. The service on the plane was also not as expected, coming from one of the best airlines in the world. Maybe nowadays you can't expect anything anymore, except kindness. The flight attendants definitely had that. Or maybe I expect too much? But what do I actually expect? I would have expected to receive a drink shortly after takeoff, maybe some nuts, as an introduction. The food was good, we could choose between 3 dishes and various drinks were served. But I would have liked to have a drink occasionally, outside of meals, without having to call the flight attendant. Well, sometimes wishes and expectations are far from reality. Maybe these expectations are only fulfilled in business class, and in economy class, you have to be glad that you get anything at all on long-haul flights.

We happily and safely landed in Munich earlier than scheduled. So we had some time to catch our connecting flight. Thank goodness we landed in the same terminal as we depart from. For those who know Munich, you know that you have to walk quite a distance here.

The flight to Hanover, in a tiny plane, was uneventful. They even served a drink shortly after takeoff for the one-hour flight. That's more like it.
