Stage 32: From Patras to Lampiri

On a very relaxed stage with only 30 kilometers to Lampiri, I was on the way with Michael. We didn't want to cover the total of 130 kilometers between Patras and Corinth in one go. I had discovered a nice campsite near Patras in advance, and since open campsites are rather rare at this time of year, we headed there. This also allowed enough time for sightseeing in Patras beforehand!

The drive to the campsite mostly led along the coast, which has become everyday for me and therefore unspectacular.

At the campsite, we were greeted warmly and, of course, we were the only ones with a tent again. But there were a few mobile homes from Belgium, France, and of course Germany. The sea was too cold for me to swim, but I'm also a wimp when it comes to that... In the afternoon, we had a good meal with Greek salad and pasta with meat. Always observed by three little cats who became more and more intrusive and wanted to use my legs as a ladder to the table (ouch!). Later in the afternoon, Alex joined again, and of course, the obligatory after-work beer couldn't be missing!
