Fremantle / Rottnest Island

Coming to Freo (Fremantle) just felt good. The closest caravan park in the city was our home for the next 2 planned nights.

If you're in Freo, then go to the best beer in the coolest brewery - Little Creatures - and start making plans for the days until Toni is dropped off on 31.10.17.

The next day we took the little ferry 'Rottnest Express' to the island. Express = 15 minutes faster = high waves = crew members handing out barf bags to the tourists. With all the stomach contents (proudly) we grabbed our 3-course wire bike and circled the whole island. Beautiful beaches as far as the eye can see, in the distance Humpback Whales and funny Quokkas made the trip perfect. Despite bad weather forecasts, we only got a few drops. Fortunately, there was then the larger ferry back. We ended the evening with Susi and Dani once again at Little Creatures. With delicious beer and sharings, we exchanged experiences.
