Day 24

It had rained heavily last night and now, around 8 am, it was only drizzling lightly. So I stayed in bed for another hour, the bed was so comfortable 😁 9:15 am, time to get up and have breakfast. Today I wanted to visit Bilbao, but I drove a bit further down, I don't want to climb the hill again on my bike 😂 To warm up, there was a fantastic set of stairs. Always 2 or 3 steps, close together and 150 m long. Shaking, but nice.

First, I went to the Guggenheim Museum. It would have been interesting to go inside, but there's no need to overdo it with art and culture, right? 😁 Bilbao had many stairs, it was really fun. When I arrived in the old town, it was festival week. Again. There were shows, music playing everywhere, and countless stands. I explored the city center and it started drizzling again. My next destination was the harbor 🚢 and the nearby stadium. And after seeing a lot and feeling quite tired, I rode back to the bus. Of course, with the help of the elevators.

I met Kristin from Nuremberg. She had parked next to me and we chatted a bit. She recommended a parking spot in Liencres, so I went there. When I arrived, the sun was shining. I climbed around on the rocks for a while and admired the bay. I was hungry, so I had a beer and started cooking👨🏼‍🍳. I had tortellini again, the leftovers from yesterday😋 After washing up, I sat in the back of the car and watched the sunset, which once again was obstructed. Good night 😁
