Southern Konnevesi National Park and Spring Ball

We are already busy in the morning for the next national park. This time it went an hour north to the Southern Konnevesi National Park and Julie joined us. Unfortunately, it was not possible to make our original plan of hiking 16 km with overnight stay, but instead we did the 5 km circular route. Here, the terrain is not only flat like in Leivonmäkki, but also has some incline. With the snow, it took us a little longer ;) but it was still a lot of fun, even if sometimes a bit sketchy, and we had beautiful views of the frozen lake and slowly awakening landscapes. Here, we also had a barbecue at the end, but because the sun didn't shine today, it was quite cold. In the evening, Julie, Amelie, her roommate, and a few others and I went to the Spring Ball. We didn't know what to expect. They stayed true to their Hollywood theme and not only staged a prom scene, but also served American food, from onion rings, spare ribs to hot dogs, all on the same plate. And of course, they also had to have a traditional milkshake, which was a bit too much. Everything was interesting and I even won an award for my group work, but I didn't collect it and therefore didn't get up to go for the photo. After a few performances by teachers and students, we then continued to the afterparty.
