22.&23.08. Merida

Unfortunately, Merida is not as exciting for us on the 22nd of August because we spent a lot of time here and explored everything 4 years ago.

On this day, we visited some ruins where there is also a cenote (a kind of natural spring). These ruins are called Dzibilchaltun. We remembered them as much more beautiful and clear from last time. Maybe it was because of the bad weather.

In the evening, we went to a restaurant owned by a German friend of our uncle.

They served delicious cheese spaetzle and gave us a free beer for being "Deutsche".

On the 23rd of August, we took the touribus again. Unfortunately, it was not worth it at all. We could have saved ourselves the effort because there is simply nothing to see here except for what is already obvious. A couple behind us took an unbelievable number of pictures, it's unclear of what..
