Trip to Gili Meno

Yesterday, we set off to Gili Meno by boat, where we will be staying for 5 days.

There will be nothing but pure relaxation here. Apart from eating, sleeping, and snorkeling, we won't do much. :D

The island is very small and can be circled on foot in just under an hour.

There are no cars or scooters here, so everything is done by horse-drawn carriages. (Whether it's good or bad is a matter of opinion...).

The boat ride took about 2 hours and was a bit bumpy due to the waves.

Because the island has a lot of shallow waters around it, our boat couldn't dock and we had to transfer to a smaller boat at sea to reach the island.

Once we arrived, we took a carriage to the hotel and then went to eat and explore the island. :-)
