Biarritz and Saint Jean de Luz

July 26 - 29 Finally arrived on the Atlantic coast. Biarritz one of the many surf spots on the coast. This is where Chris was supposed to jump into the waves and learn to surf for the first time. The waves are perfect for beginners. That's why there are many surf schools here, from which you can always learn something. Chris's eyes sparkled when he came out of the water for the first time. The next few days were filled with surfing, swimming, and exploring the city. Biarritz definitely invites you to spend money. Too many cool trendy shops that you don't know. Of course, Rip Curl, Quiksilver, and co. must not be missing here. In Le Surf on the beach, you could have coffee and watch the surfers. Wonderful...

July 29 – 30, we spent one night in Saint Jean de Luz. There were no waves here, so we explored the city. Here, I bought myself a pair of shoes :) The city is characterized by tourists and local shops. I had mussels for the first time in the evening. I think it was also the first and last time. The parking space right by the road was perfect for us for 6€ per night.
