Birthday partyeeey 🥳🥳🥳

The time has come: Asma and Scholle are joining the 30s club - the old hands!

At midnight, Nina and Scholle ceremoniously hand over the crown and sceptre to Asma. Today she is queen and can decide what we do. Asma's first official act is that we sleep in - so we do just that :D After a delicious birthday brunch with toast, boiled eggs and champagne, it's time for day drinking. We enjoy the shade on the roof terrace (because it's much too hot in the sun) and celebrate German pop music: the train, the train, the train has no brakes :D

Marius and Lissi arrive at the Airbnb around 3 p.m. Because we're having such a nice, cozy time on the roof terrace, we just carry on drinking, eating cake and enjoying the boozy afternoon! Lissi sits down on one of the woven straw stools and collapses... Maybe she's put on a few pounds after all? :D

Just in time for happy hour, we walk to the beach and order delicious cocktails and delicious food at the Pachamama Restaurant. Afterwards, we sit on the beach and play "who am I". A whole day of day drinking is pretty exhausting! So at some point we head back to the Airbnb.

At exactly midnight, Asma, with a heavy heart, hands over the sceptre and thus the decision-making power to Scholle.

The next morning begins with a delicious birthday brunch. At around 3 p.m. we set off for the harbor in Santa Marta, from where we sail into the sunset. The sailboat rocks a lot. Nina and Marius dare to jump into the sea and refresh themselves in the cool water. We sail into the sunset and enjoy the beautiful view of the bay of Santa Marta. We are back on land far too quickly.

Our stomachs are rumbling. We calm them down in a restaurant with far too much air conditioning and then spend a cozy evening on our roof terrace. What could be better than spending your 30th birthday in Colombia on the Caribbean coast?!
