Stage 20 Rifugio Vazoller - Rifugio San Sebastiano

Yesterday afternoon relaxed on the theme path with flowers from the region. Lovingly created by the Vazoller hut. There was a bench a little off the beaten path, so I had some peace and quiet for a while. I always need that.
This morning we first went downhill on a gravel road. You left the tour, take a look at the map. It sang out of my pocket. I missed another turnoff. Luckily not much to walk back. After that, the climb to Col d' Ors began. Initially on a beautiful hiking trail through magnificent mixed forest. In between, there were gravel fields again until I finally reached the col. From here, I looked into a wide, lonely valley, which is densely wooded in the lower part. Another gravel field followed by a large field of pines, which eventually led to an alpine meadow. After that, back through the forest and pleasant small paths to Refugio Bruto Carestiato. Here I drank a cold alcohol-free wheat beer, took advantage of the good Wi-Fi to finish my blog from yesterday. Then I only walked for about 45 minutes to Refugio San Sebastiano. The stages are not that long at the moment, but I like it that way. I'm still in the planning stages regarding Jesolo. I would like to meet up with Pitty there. She is on vacation there at the moment. I'm considering getting a cheap sleeping mat and just sleeping outside at a campsite for one night.
