Almost forgot to mention our suuuper delicious dinner! We had beef roulade and croquettes filled with minced meat, all prepared in Goan style. (Actually, beef is not eaten in India because cows are considered sacred, so it is offered hidden here). The next morning, we take the Express bus, which reminds us of our postal bus, to Margao and then take the tuk-tuk to Colva. I imagine a small village that is well connected to the beach. The hotel is really beautiful and well-maintained. On the way to the beach, we are only bothered by the scooter riders who drive narrowly past us, even though the whole road is free. Colva beach is clean, wide, and infinitely long. Only a few people and a lot of peace. Perfect. On the way back, we get a little panicky because there is a dead snake about 40cm in front of us. How I hate snakes. In the bushes next door, you can hear the stray dogs. After the incident in Anjuna, the dogs scare me a bit. ... At night I sleep well, the only downside is that I wake up with a crushed spider on my arm...
