A week in Cape Town!

Lots of sun, sea, no plans.

We are going with the flow.

The Waterfront: lively atmosphere, strolling, cotton candy 😊, street performers, music, various restaurants, playgrounds, harbor, ....

On Lio's birthday we will ride the Ferris wheel, with a magnificent view of Cape Town, Table Mountain and the harbor. And then we went to the Two Oceans Aquarium! With many colorful, large and small fish, sharks, penguins, seahorses,.....

We often enjoy the beach at our hotel and at Camps Bay, build castles (Konstantin with the children), watch out for the high strong waves that once knock down Lio (but Konstantin is a quick rescuer). Calm atmosphere and restaurants.

We also buy our beautiful "pearl" animals here.

We also went to Table Mountain of course!!!! By cable car 😉.

And we visited an ostrich farm! Everyone liked the feeding the best, where we had to be careful not to get snapped too hard by the ostriches.

Beautiful routes with great views (Chapmans Peak), colorful wooden changing rooms in Muitzenberg, great coastal roads.

Visit from my friend Iris, who has been living in Cape Town for a long time with her husband Jan and three girls. A relaxed barbecue afternoon/evening in a dreamlike garden. The children play nicely and we all have fun together.

Our car this time: a Ford Ranger Buckie. Cool.
