Oktoberfest (24.09.2016)

After the bus tour, we quickly went home to change and then headed to Oktoberfest. Oktoberfest is located at the Docklands and the main part is on the water. We arrived around half past 6, but there was already a ridiculously long queue. On the way to join the queue, we were luckily able to sneak in with a group of girls and save ourselves half the wait. Nevertheless, we waited until about half past 8, it was freezing cold, but it was still worth it. The atmosphere was amazing, the staff, the beer, and so on, were all from Germany and the band was from Austria. Although the Irish were partying hard at Oktoberfest, we were the only ones singing and dancing along to the 'Fliegerlied'. Due to the damn bus strike, I had to leave at 11 and catch the last train.
