Day 1 - Robertson
After a sleepless night in a flying sardine tin, we landed safely. Afterwards, we were able to pick up our vehicle. However, these South Africans all drive on the wrong side and the car manufacturer also installed the steering wheel on the wrong side, which led to Kosi activating the windshield wipers several times to turn. Fortunately, Corina discreetly pointed out Kosi's recurring left-hand drift with a 'LIIIIIIINKS', so the journey did not end up in the ditch on the first day. Upon arriving in Robertson, we were warmly welcomed by Braam and greeted by free-roaming antelopes. The house is a beautifully converted barn with plenty of space. The weather is nice, with a cool 32 degrees.
This evening, we will be drinking wine in the pool :-)
