2 castles further along the Loire (4 out of 84 visited😄) and we are already in Nantes. There, a former shipyard is used to recreate oversized animals that move with hydraulics and motors. The next stage fits perfectly: in the "Planète Sauvage" animals from all continents live in spacious enclosures.

Then the time has finally come: after 3 years, back at and in the sea. At the Cote d'Amour (name is program😜) we are swimming on the west coast in the Atlantic and enjoying the beautiful sunset at the campsite.

After a detour to St. Nazaire, where we visited a submarine and a replica of a 19th century Atlantic passenger ship in a World War II bunker, we are now heading south. Unfortunately, the road to the island of Noirmoutier is currently flooded (this road can only be crossed at low tide), so we had to use the bridge.
