To the South

So today we're off again. This time with the motorhome, but without Buster, instead with our friends.

Buster is now too old to accompany us. He wouldn't have been able to get in and out of the motorhome several times a day, let alone the heat that awaits us in Italy.

After almost 9 hours of driving, a few detours to avoid the traffic jam, and realizing at the end that it was completely unnecessary, we arrived in Bayreuth.

Motorhome parked, jackets on, and off to the city to have a nice Bavarian meal at 'Oskars' in the marketplace.

The plan for tomorrow is to go to the Mittenwald parking lot, so that we can avoid any traffic jams and reach the Brenner Pass in time on Day 3.
