Day 17 - 19 June 2017 - Melia Istrian Village

We have a great little villa with plenty of space. Two bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, a separate bathroom, a living room, kitchen, terrace and green surroundings. Really beautiful. After breakfast today, we took a walk around the resort. It's really huge. There are many different beach areas, pools, swimming hall, tennis courts, playgrounds, various restaurants, children's clubs, shops, doctor, etc. In the afternoon, we went to the family beach near the water park, which has a large children's area with a pirate ship and slides, etc. Henriette also wanted to go straight to the pirate ship. But the pools were too cold for Juliane, so she couldn't stay in for long. Unfortunately, the beach here is not as nice as in Lignano. There is very little sandy beach and more rocks (there are also many rocks in the water, making it difficult to walk). But the seawater was also nice and warm - and Henriette ended up back at the pirate ship :-P
