finally there was some snow here

my last post was a bit ago, but now there's more to report :).

the week after our visit to dijon, it finally snowed heavily one night. but the snow was almost gone the next day.

work on the pizza oven continued as well. the lights were installed and we have already inaugurated the two large tables with benches with a pizza session.

we also started painting the container below the pizza oven with anthracite-colored paint (before it was bright green). let's see what other artistic things come on it.

we are gradually getting used to taking a hot bath here every Friday. always nice for a relaxed start to a quiet weekend.

for us wwoofers, we sometimes make our own chips on the wood stove, or extremely delicious brownies are baked.

or there's delicious chocolate fondue.

one day we drove to châlon-sûr-saône, a small town about 45 minutes away from us. there we could explore the city a bit and were in a social department store, where I actually bought a German book.
