A new inner tent for Emily 🛠, 16.2.2019

With the help of Claudia and Röbi, we were able to lift the detached roof from the Bulli 💪 and place it upside down on two supports in the garage. The women cleaned the new 'convertible' while the men oiled the hinges on the roof. The new tent was then attached to the roof using a stapler, with teamwork 😅.

The roof was lifted back onto the Bulli, the hinges were adjusted correctly, and then the lower side of the tent was attached to the Bulli's rails with screws. This was not an easy task, as there is not much space at the foot end of the tent and everything has to be 'bunched up' around the curves 😳. But the men mastered this challenge as well! 😝👍

Claudi came to visit with Henry, a satisfied grin on her face 😊. She and Röbi took a first ride in the new year together 🚐🌅😝👍.

We had to recharge the battery first before we could take a first small drive with Emily on Sunday. It felt very good! 🚐💨☀️👫😝
