Before continuing our journey to Mossel Bay, we were able to admire the impressive Cango Caves, discovered in 1780. With its 1.6 km, the cave system is one of the largest and most beautiful ⛰️
We also paid a visit to another member of the Big 5. The white lion and his mate were comfortably resting in the shade. No wonder, with 37 degrees ☺️☀️
In Mossel Bay, we boarded the boat for the Shark Cage Dive. Unfortunately, the great white shark did not show up... it seems like even he was on vacation 🙂 They are still wild animals, and sightings are not guaranteed. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful morning out at sea. In the afternoon, we headed to the beautiful nature reserve where we could hike and escape the crowds.
We continued on to Knysna and Plettenberg Bay, where we had the opportunity to swim with the seals. These playful companions brought us a lot of joy 😁
