Training hard

Since Peter left, not much has happened here, everyday life has returned😉

I have recovered from my virus and since then I have been training twice a day to catch up on my hours💪👊💪 The body is tired, the legs heavy...fully exhausted, I sleep well and a lot!

Today, I looked at something again, who knows maybe I will have the courage to make something of it and work and earn money again...exciting...let's see, don't rush anything...

Cannon had to cut a bolus out of the eye patch yesterday😢 now we go to the clinic every day to clean the wound, until the stitches can be removed in 1 week. We are also looking for a motorbike for him, it's always exciting to take care of such things...

Pon, my hero fighter and trainer, each had a fight, unfortunately Pon lost😭 But Wut defended his champion title and is still in possession of the big, heavy belt👌👌👌 Dang, a 12-year-old from Laos, promoted by Aek😍, also fought and won! Congratulations👊👊👊

Tereza's goodbye after 3 months was hard for me, she has always been a good friend to me here! I really hope she will come back in summer to train, fight and gossip with me again😉

I attended 2 Thai birthdays, the Thais are simply wonderful😍 I feel most comfortable with the locals, tourists come and go, there are so many arrogant and snobbish ones that disgust me...but luckily there are also some good ones😉 Many don't even try to understand Thai culture, they behave like kings just because they have money/power! Shame shame shame!

In a week from today, my 'daughter' Noemi and her sweetheart will visit me on Lanta for 3 days😍 I can't wait to hold her in my arms😍 after that, my friends will come one after another! Noemi, Jere and I will fly together to BKK at the end of their holidays, stay 1 night and then I will say goodbye to them already, while Sabrina and Andrea arrive in BKK early in the morning, then 1 day later Barbla will come😍 Sabrina and Andrea will stay for 2 weeks, Barbla will make a detour to Southeast Asia and then come to Lanta in the 2nd week...then I have 2 days break before the highlight comes: Nina and her daughter😍😍😍 I'm looking forward to everyone!!!

I still enjoy it here very much...pure freedom...I'm happy and content with little...now the cold front is over and it's sweating again 24 hours😉
