Ioannina

In Ioannina we made a stopover. This lively student city in northern Greece is influenced by the Ottoman era and is located on Lake Pamvotis. The camping site shares its lakefront with the canoe club. The old town is surrounded by a thick wall, and there are even two mosques inside.

We finally rode our bikes into the city and enjoyed dinner in the middle of it all, watching the well-dressed people strolling around.
