From Camino to Forststeig

Life writes its own stories.

The Camino didn't want me yet. Barely back from vacation and standing in front of the packed backpack, I received a call for a job interview.

Done and done, and I had a job again.

Because of Corona, it probably wouldn't have worked with the Camino last year. But postponed is not canceled.

Since vacation is limited as an employee, I have now chosen a long-distance hiking trail in Germany.

It will be the Forststeig. 110 km in length, and since I'm not on the run and want to see a lot, I have planned for a maximum of 10 days.

The backpack from the Camino is still packed in the basement and the bivouac tickets from the Forststeig arrived yesterday.

I will start at the beginning of August and in the evening I will report some things here.
