Day 6: Lisbon Part 1

After a balanced breakfast and a hot shower, our destination on day 6 of our trip was Lisbon. Highly motivated, we drove straight to the capital. After a few hours of driving, we could already see the Cristo Rei facing the Ponte 25 de Abril (Bridge of April 25) towards Lisbon. In Lisbon, there are two crucial mistakes one can make. Mistake number 1: Driving into the city by car. The traffic and parking situation are a nightmare. Mistake number 2: Choosing the cheapest hostel. It's better to spend a few more euros and look for a clean hostel in a good location with pleasant guests and a relaxed atmosphere. We made both mistakes.
