Bari - La Dolce Vita

Arriving at the harbor in Bari, we immediately find a central parking space where we will also spend the night. A traffic warden is already generously distributing fines to the vehicles, and we obediently buy our parking ticket from the machine. This is where the ferries to Croatia and Greece depart, and there are other motorhomes parked next to us.

Suddenly, we hear loud fighter jets and we are treated to a sensational air show.

On the occasion of the Italian National Holiday, the Frecce Tricolori performs their air formations above the harbor. A great spectacle. Military ships are gathered and you can hear the cannons firing...

Then we go into the city. A fantastic old town awaits us.

Of course, we also go to the pasta street. This is where the famous Orecchiette pasta is made.

Right on the street, we watch the women at work.

The little ears are quickly shaped and sold fresh.

Of course, we also buy a packet of freshly made pasta.

We continue through the old town.

A city tour makes humans and animals thirsty 🥂

In every street, you can see the Madonna altars.

There are so many cool pubs here and we didn't just go to one... 🍻

An entertaining and very funny evening with the two of them 🤗

The next day, our bus won't start, Brigitte and Helmut are immediately on hand and push the bus until it starts again.
