Good morning Germany 🇩🇪

With a 10-hour time difference, we report from Melbourne and our new 6-week home "the Riddler" 🚐 with sunshine and pleasant temperatures of 15-35°C.

Thanks to Mui Ne (Vietnam), we were able to refuel and strengthen ourselves.

From Saturday morning to Sunday evening, it was 🚌 & ✈️ Time. In the end, it was a total of 13 hours of transport time.

The journey here was long and exhausting. 😩

Starting the new adventure "East Coast Australia" with a camper van named the Riddler, we spent a night in a small shabby motel near our pickup location 🚐.

No worries, we left Batman's villain in Asia, but we brought his car along.

In Melbourne, you can experience all four seasons in one day. We are currently between spring and summer, with a surprising 20°C difference.

Now we need to get used to "the Riddler" 🚐. Easier said than done. 😅☝🏼

Thanks to modern technology, we found a free 🅿️ near the city center of Melbourne and enjoyed this amazing city.

Our first dinner from Aldi (North) was consumed with "the Riddler" 🚐.

At dusk, we found a place to sleep for the night. On the way there, it happened! The moment we didn't expect today. A 🦘 kangaroo crossed the bumpy road. A simple and sobering "oh 😲 a kangaroo" came out of our mouths. And of course, the camera 📸 was not ready. 😩 Later, 6 more 🦘 hopped through the woods. We also found the two 🦘 sitting there as photo subjects for tourists. Including staring. 👏🏻💪🏼

On day 072, we slept in. The first night in "the Riddler" was a bit restless. The noise in Cambodia was much louder, but definitely adventurous. 😱 Oatmeal with fruit for breakfast, it looks much nicer in Australia. 🤗

Our plan for today? Buy a SIM card (20GB for 20€), shop at Aldi, and then head south with a maximum speed of 💯km/h. Thanks to the camper app, we quickly find the next stop for our night.

We say goodbye to Cape Paterson with a great view.

It doesn't really suit the car, but it makes it specific and unique.
