Even our journey to the Osa Peninsula is exciting - it is difficult to find out which bus leaves when and especially where! In the end, we actually sit in the right bus, although we have to wait for over 2 hours when changing buses, but we finally arrive!
Osa is located in the southwest of Costa Rica, just before Panama. We live in the small town of La Palma on Playa Blanca, 25 kilometers away from the larger city of Puerto Jimenez.
La Palma, as well as the entire peninsula, is incredibly green, the people are very relaxed, and apart from a few barking dogs, there is not much happening here!
We also drive to Puerto Jimenez, but had imagined something different under the largest city of Osa.. It is still nice, but not very spectacular!
Now that we are approaching the end of our journey and have seen many national parks, cities, beaches, and attractions, we don't need much anymore to have a nice day! We simply enjoy the sun and the sea, continue to learn Spanish, enjoy nice conversations with locals, drink wine, and let ourselves go!
Finally, we greet Ronny's dad Knuth, who has his birthday today, March 20th. Happy Birthday! 🥰 We will raise a glass to you later and celebrate together when we are back!
